Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During high order volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).


Shipping Times

At Bloomera, we work with international suppliers to offer affordable products. Because of this, shipping times may vary:

  • United States: 7–21 business days
  • International orders: 10–25 business days

Please note that shipping times do not include processing time.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number (if available).
Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear in the system.


Shipping Delays

Occasionally, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing
  • High order volume
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather or transportation issues

Bloomera is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs, but we will always help track your order if issues arise.


Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost packages due to incorrect information

Lost or Stolen Packages

Bloomera is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
If this happens, please contact your local post office or carrier first. We will still do our best to assist you.
